  • Your first visit is a private, one-on-one consultation. A specialist listens to your concerns, reviews your history, and helps determine the best next step, which may include Tricotest® Hair & Scalp Analysis, a CNC consultation, a scalp wellness program, or product guidance.

CNC Custom Cranial Prosthesis

  • No. CNC is a custom-fitted, non-surgical cranial prosthesis, individually designed around each client rather than an off-the-shelf wig.

  • CNC is designed for clients experiencing significant, advanced, or medically related hair loss, including all forms of alopecia.

  • Each CNC system is designed around the client’s own hair color, density, texture, skin tone, and style for a natural, sophisticated result.

  • Yes. Each CNC is designed to support an active lifestyle, including swimming and exercise. Your specialist will discuss care and maintenance expectations with you during your consultation.

  • CNC maintenance is typically scheduled every four to six weeks and personalized to each client.

  • During a maintenance visit, the specialist professionally removes the CNC, treats the scalp and hair with products suited to the client’s needs, cleans and sanitizes the CNC using a dedicated hygiene process, and reapplies it with care.

Tricotest® & Scalp Wellness

  • Tricotest® Hair & Scalp Analysis is a private, one-on-one evaluation using guided discovery, hands-on assessment, and professional microcamera imaging to better understand the condition of your scalp and hair.

  • Yes. A Tricotest® analysis is required before beginning a Personalized Scalp Wellness Program so your specialist can recommend the most appropriate focus area.

  • Personalized Scalp Wellness Programs may address concerns such as excess oil, dryness, buildup, irritation, thinning, or scalp discomfort.

  • In-clinic scalp wellness visits are typically scheduled every two weeks and supported by your personalized home-care routine between appointments.

  • The three core focus areas are Oil Balance, Moisture & Comfort, and Hair Loss & Regrowth Support. Your Tricotest® results help determine which focus area is most appropriate.

  • CRLAB Laguna Hills offers Personalized Scalp Wellness Programs for clients with thinning or shedding concerns. Results vary by individual, and your specialist will discuss realistic expectations as part of your plan.

  • Please avoid shampooing or applying styling or cosmetic products to your hair and scalp before your appointment so your specialist can capture the most accurate results.

  • No. Coverage depends entirely on each client’s individual policy, and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. The CRLAB Laguna Hills team can help you understand the process.
